Notice of Public Hearing Consideration of Total Dissolved Solids Charge

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

CONSIDERATION OF TOTAL DISSOLVED SOLIDS SURCHARGE 

 

 

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to C.R.S.§32-1-1001(2)(a), to the customers of the Cherokee Metropolitan District and all other interested parties, that the Board of Directors of the Cherokee Metropolitan District of the County of El Paso, State of Colorado, will be conducting a public hearing at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 10, 2019 in the Conference Room at the District’s office located at 6250 Palmer Park Blvd., Colorado Springs, CO 80915, for the purpose of considering the implementation of a State of Colorado Regulatory Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) surcharge.    


NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that any customer or other interested party may appear at said time and place for the purpose of providing input, comments or objections regarding the implementation of this surcharge. Information pertaining to these regulatory fees may be obtained from the District’s office located at 6250 Palmer Park Blvd., Colorado Springs, CO 80915, Monday through Friday during normal business hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.  


This meeting is open to the public.
