NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
DISCUSSION TO AMEND 2022 BUDGET
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to C.R.S.§32-1-1001(2)(a), to the customers of the Cherokee Metropolitan District and all other interested parties, that the Board of Directors of the Cherokee Metropolitan District of the County of El Paso, State of Colorado, will be conducting a public hearing at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 21, 2022 in the Conference Room at the District’s office located at 6250 Palmer Park Blvd., Colorado Springs, CO 80915, for the purpose of amending the 2022 Budget.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that any customer or other interested party may appear at said time and place for the purpose of providing input, comments or objections regarding the amendment of the 2022 Budget. Information pertaining to the amendment of the 2022 Budget may be obtained from the District’s office located at 6250 Palmer Park Blvd., Colorado Springs, CO 80915, Monday through Friday during normal business hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
