NOTICE: PUBLIC HEARING ON POSSIBLE INCREASE OF IN-DISTRICT AND OUT-OF-DISTRICT WATER RATES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to C.R.S.§32-1-1001(2)(a), to the customers of the Cherokee Metropolitan District and all other interested parties, that the Board of Directors of the CHEROKEE METROPOLITAN DISTRICT of the County of El Paso, State of Colorado, will conduct a Public Hearing to consider possible increases for in-District and out-of-District water rates. The Public Hearing will be held at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 19, 2023 during the Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Cherokee Metropolitan District. The Hearing will be held in the Conference Room at the Cherokee Metropolitan District office located at 6250 Palmer Park Boulevard, Colorado Springs, CO 80915.
Information regarding the in-District and out-of-District water rates discussion may be obtained from the District’s Office located at 6250 Palmer Park Boulevard, Colorado Springs, CO 80915, Monday through Friday during normal business hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Action by the Board of Directors on the in-District and out-of-District water rate increases may be taken after the Public Hearing.
