Board Notice of Special Meeting and Work Sessions

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to C.R.S.§32-1-1001(2)(a), to the customers of the Cherokee Metropolitan District and all other interested parties, that the Board of Directors of the Cherokee Metropolitan District of the County of El Paso, State of Colorado, will be conducting a Special Meeting and two Work Sessions beginning at 12 p.m. on Tuesday, September 24, 2024, in the Conference Room 6250 Palmer Park Blvd., Colorado Springs, CO 80915, for the purpose of interim General Manager negotiations, review and discussion of the 2025 Annual Budget, and a staff presentation regarding Water Softening Project Alternatives.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that any customer or other interested party may appear at said time and place for the purpose of providing input, comments or objections regarding the Special Meeting or Work Sessions.

The Special Meeting and Work Sessions are open to the general public.
