Emergencies Include:
1. WATER LEAKS/BROKEN PIPES
- Main line leak or break (Water is gushing out of the asphalt.)
- Service line leak (Water is leaking in the yard.)
- Leaks in the house that cannot be turned off by the homeowner
- Severe sink hole or leak in the asphalt
- Flooded basement
- A broken water line between your curb box and the water main is the district’s responsibility to repair. (Any broken water or sewer line within your home, between your home and the sewer main, or between your home and the curb box is your responsibility to repair.) Please contact us prior to calling a plumber in the case of a sewer back-up, so that we can determine the responsible party!
2. SEWER BACKUPS
- Backed up service lines (Sewage coming up in the basement or floor drain.)
- Backed up mainlines (Sewage coming out of a manhole.)
- Emergency utility locations for yard excavation for water leak and or sewer repair
Non-Emergencies Include:
Call for non-emergencies during normal office hours.
1. WATER IS TURNED OFF
- If you are a customer and do not know why the water is off, first check to make sure the water has not been turned off manually within the dwelling, then call the district office during normal business hours.
- If your water was turned off, it is likely because you have failed to pay your bill on time. Before your water service can be restored, the district must have the payment in full. Ensuring timely payment is the responsibility of the customer, not the district.
- Please call the district office between 8:00 am – 5:00 pm to pay your bill. Any requests outside of normal business hours are considered emergency only.
