NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to C.R.S.§32-1-1001(2)(a), to the customers of the Cherokee Metropolitan District and all other interested parties, that the Board of Directors of the Cherokee Metropolitan District of the County of El Paso, State of Colorado, will be conducting a regular meeting at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 16, 2024 in the Conference Room at the District’s office located at 6250 Palmer Park Blvd., Colorado Springs, CO 80915.
Cherokee Metropolitan District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Cherokee Metropolitan District
has a policy of providing an accessible website compatible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and
commercial screen reading software. All features of the website are coded to allow individuals with vision and
