NOTICE OF MAIL BALLOT ELECTION CHEROKEE METROPOLITAN DISTRICT SPECIAL INCLUSION ELECTION - MAY 6, 2025

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN and particularly to the electors of the proposed inclusion area of the Cherokee Metropolitan District of El Paso County, State of Colorado:

NOTICE IS HEREBY given that a special Court-ordered inclusion election of the Cherokee Metropolitan District shall be held on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, from 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. The election is being conducted as a mail ballot election. Ballots will be mailed to eligible electors of the inclusion area between April 14 and April 21, 2025.

At said election, the electors of the proposed inclusion area shall vote upon the following ballot question:

CHEROKEE METROPOLITAN DISTRICT BALLOT QUESTION A (INCLUSION OF PROPERTY)

The drop off location for the delivery of mail ballots and receipt of replacement ballots shall be located at the office of the Designated Election Official, 3900 E. Mexico Avenue, Suite 300, Denver, Colorado, 80210 and shall be open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. beginning at least 22 days prior to the Election (April 14) and from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on May 6, 2025, Election Day.
