NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to C.R.S.§32-1-1001(2)(a), to the customers of the Cherokee Metropolitan District and all other interested parties, that the Board of Directors of the Cherokee Metropolitan District of the County of El Paso, State of Colorado, will be conducting a virtual special board meeting at 05:00 p.m. on Friday, June 28, 2024, to go into executive session to discuss legal advice regarding general manager matters that may be subject to negotiations.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that any customer or other interested party may join at said time by following the zoom link provided.
This meeting is open to the public. Any executive session is not open to the public.
