To submit a 2025 Self-Nomination Form, please print and return to our Main Office at 6250 Palmer Park Blvd. We are open Monday - Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM. Printed forms are available at the Main Office as well.

The District Board consists of five Directors with staggered four-year terms. All five of the District’s seats will be up for election in May 2025.  Three (3) Directors will be elected to serve four-year terms and two (2) Directors will be elected to serve two-year terms.  Which term a candidate runs for is entirely in the discretion of the candidate.   All candidates must file a Self-Nomination and Acceptance form with the District’s Designated Election Official no later than the close of business on Friday, February 28, 2025.
